The meeting was called to order at 8:11 pm.

        • Possibility of having two software engineers
          • One holds title of VP while other holds chief software

      • Put a section in the new member registration about what they would be interested in

      • Set a time limit (Ex. Stay in a committee for a certain amount of time before being allowed into another)
    • Constitution Amendments
      • Voting to make a amendment to the amendment process
      • Voting process stated below
        • Voting date set two weeks before hand on a Wednesday meeting.
        • Absentee votes must be submitted before the designated voting date
    • Grants- LAM report and Google/Jim Beck
      • Sent the report to LAM
      • Meeting tomorrow to work on it

    • Gift Baskets to Welcome New Assistant Principal and Principal
