The meeting was called to order at 7:11 pm.

        • Some of the new stuff this year such as:
          • LCD projector
          • Certificates
    • IARoC
    • Constitutional amendments
      • Going to be voted for through email
      • People are going to call to remind people to vote
  • New Business
      • Company visits
        • Write emails asking when to come over by Thursday
      • Summer fundraising
        • Probably only going to Concours D'Elegance
        • Might ask other robotics teams if they want to help
      • Botball and Calder Academy
        • John in charge of Calder Academy
        • Chimnay in charge of Botball
      • Intradistrict Robotics Council
        • Received responses from other teams
        • Some teams seemed interested
        • Besides just talking about grants and stuff, maybe also interclub socials?

        • Need everybody to ask parents if they can help
      • Filling in position of Chief Software Engineer
        • Email an officer application by 6/10/08
        • Applicants have all summer to work on applications (so they better be really good)
