The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm.

- Poster (Daiwei) - Slight editing required. Almost done. Order soon, 6 with "Thank You" and 3 Withought.
- Mentor List - Complete (14)
- Pictures (Yuzhi) - 25
- Frames (Daiwei) - Got 16
Banquet:
- 5/31BJ's.
- Invites sent.
- Reply by 5/21.
- So far 42 people are going.
- Pay tomorrow or next week. $30/person.
Company Visits:
Officer Elections:
- Officer Training - Old officer meet with new officer, hand off documents etc.
- Joint Meeting - 5/20 - Old and New officers. Old officers run it. Today's meeting.
- Transitional Meeting - 5/27 - Old and New officers. New officer run it. Next week's meeting.
- Officer Induction - 5/31 - During Banquet.
IARoC:
- Met today with Mr. Eric Arseneau.
- Meeting tomorrow.
- Meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
