The meeting was called to order at 7:19 pm.

These are topics we discussed in this meeting.

• Old Business
  • Hawaii:
    • Packets
      • Will get final out soon.
    • Transportation
      • Total about $450/car for 3 cars.
    • Team Dinners:
      • Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
    • Forms
      • Turn them into Aashish.
        
  • Silicon Valley Regional:
    • Blue Hair-Spray - Andrew will get them.
    • Pins - Yuzhi has them.
    • Overpass - Need to get it into Charles' van.
  • Robot Details Poster :
    • Need to print out.
• New Business
  • Earth Week Campus Beautification:
    • 3/22
    • Michael will do it.
  • Hawaii Meeting:
    • 3/18
    • All sutdents going to Hawaii and their parents need to come.
• Officer Reports:
  • Daiwei:
    • $17,400, $40,000 including money put in for Hawaii. (This is the richest we'll ever be!!!)
  • David Liu:
    • Explained and demoed DBS to the drivers.
  • Michael:
    • Scrapbook ordered. Should be here soon.
• Open Floor Discussions:
  • Mock Presentation of Robot Features.
