The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm.
 

Hey Everyone,

These are topics we discussed in this meeting.

• Old Business
  • None. (For once).
• New Business
  • Laser Quest Social :
    • 2 Prospective dates:
      • 11/10/07.
      • Be there by 7:40.
      • 4 games for 50 people total.
  • T-Shirts:
    • Designs due on Novermber 14th.
    • Michael's in charge.
    • Have a due date for rought drafts which is next wednesday, the 31st. We'll give you feedback on your designs.
  • Technical Mentor Meeting:
    • In December.
  • Jim Beck:
    • On the 30th.
    • Will be giving a presentation on the Chairman's Award.
• Officer Reports:
  • Andrew:
    • Dilworth FLL Team
      • Went on Sunday.
      • Most of the work done by John.
  • Daiwei:
    • $14,000.
  • David:
    • Next week's meeting will have about 3-5 members.
  • John:
    • RC Cars:
      • Built them.
      • Finish them up this friday.
  • Manisha:
    • Grant Meeting:
      • Will have one this week.
  • Michael:
    • Committee apps received.
    • Will be getting together soon.
  • Toshi:
    • Working on Atutodesk.
    • Will have meeting this Saturday.
• Open Floor Discussions:

    • Have made the changes, and will talk about them next week.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:49 pm. (Now we've going back to our trends of longer meetings.)
