May 23, 2007

Officers and Advisors Present: Stephen Giandomenico, Johnathan Chai, Yuzhi Zheng, Meghan Mahajan, Charles Lin, Avik Debnath, Andrew Su, Daiwei Li, Manisha Vashishta, Aashish Sreedharan, Michael Wachenschwanz

The meeting was called to order at 7:11 pm.
 

Hey Everyone,

These are topics we discussed about today.

• Pool Social - Was on the 20th, it was a really fun even, and we are planning on maybe doing another one. 
• Menu for Team Dinner - Some of the officers had already picked the menu, and they told us what they were.
• Miller Meeting - We'll go over to Miller, and give their Lego Robotics club a mini-tutorial. This is one of the first few steps in helping them to joining FLL, another event held by FIRST.
• Tech Museum - Every year we go over to tech museum, and show our robot to the people who come there.         
• Officer Reports - Only 2 officers had anything to report:

  • Daiwei - We have about $7,000 with us now.

  • Michael - Pool social was fun, many people wanted to do it again.

• Summer Activities -

• Planning on doing another social.

• Some mini-projects for the club like making mini-robots, or maintenance of our old robots.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 pm.
