The meeting was called to order at 7:45 pm.
Hey Everyone,
Today was our first officer meeting at Lynbrook in Mr. Haas's room and we will continue to do so starting from 7:30. Some of the things that we discussed are:
-After much deliberation we vetoed the idea of hosting our own VEX competition
-There will be a mechanical meeting Sunday October 30th.
-An introductory software meeting will be held this Thursday the 20th at John's house.
-WRRF Workshops are this Saturday you must confirm whether you are going or not by tomorrow. I believe it is $5 per person and will be at SCU.
-We are currently selling our last bag of candy!! WOW =)
-Helpers Wanted for buliding Basebot (a flat surface, with motors, gearbox, etc.)
-Software meeting next Tuesday Oct. 25
-Last but not least don't forget our bbq social, "Day o' fun" on November 12
