The meeting was called to order at 8:13 pm.
Hey Everyone ,
We opened today's meeting by reviewing how RoboNexus and Fleet Week went. On October 18th we have scheduled a driving session after school in the rally court where we can have our robot pick up and drop tetras. We will be having a barbeque social or should I say "Day o' fun" =) on Saturday, November 12 at Rainbow Park it will be $5 per person and will be open to friends. Also we discussed the possibility of us holding a Vex competition. On October 22 at Santa Clara University there will be WRRF workshops for $5 per person regarding how to use excel for finances, and learning about machining and other handy information regarding robotics. There will be a sweatshirt / t-shirt design contest and all entries are due by Nov. 1, so get your creative brains rolling and send some ideas in. A list of the meetings planned for this week are:
-Thursday software meeting at John's after school
-Friday: web meeting at Mr. G's, and fundraising/grants meeting after school at John's house
-html meeting next Fri
