The meeting was called to order at 8:15 pm.
Hey Everyone,
On today’s meeting we discussed some of the final arrangements for Fleet Week and Robo Nexus relating to the drivers and the amount of people coming per day. Drivers for Fleet Week should arrive no later than 9:00 in San Francisco, meaning they should leave from here at around 7:30. We also talked about our candy fundraising which is going smoothly with only 8 bags left to distribute. On October 18th we have tentatively scheduled a driving session after school in the rally court where we can have our robot pick up and drop tetras. Next on our agenda, we will be having a barbeque social on Saturday, November 12 at Rainbow Park. Lastly, a webpage design meeting is in the process of being scheduled. Also those in charge of the project Trebuchet be sure to do your research.
