The meeting was called to order at 8:15 pm.
Hey Everyone!
Here are a couple of dates and reminders for you to look out for =) :
-Parent Meeting Thursday at 8:00 PM in the library
-Laserquest moved to this Sunday evening from 6:40-8:00
-Need as many volunteers as possible (appoximately 26 ppl needed per day!! holy moly) for Fleet Week Oct 9, 10 drivers wanted
-Don't forget to fill out the medical forms and trip permits handed out at the officer meeting
-To VEX or not that is the question
-Work on the flyers for RoboNexus (Mallik, Anthony, Uppili)
-Jiang don't forget to make the Kleenex jars for donations
